  10. Liar los canelones y meter en un recipiente apto para el horno
  11. Ahora haremos la bechamel. Troceamos un trozo de cebolla, le añadimos sal y la doramos en una sartén con un poco de aceite
  12. Añadir una cucharada pequeña de postre de harina a la cebolla y mover bien hasta que de integre
  13. Añadir un chorrito de leche y dejar en el fuego hasta que se espese
  14. Regar los canelones con la bechamel que hemos preparado
  15. Meter los canelones en el horno en la altura de enmedio y dorar la bechamel, en mí caso han estado 25 minutos
  16. Precalentar el horno a 200° (arriba y abajo)
  17. Cuando se beba el coñac, añadiremos el caldo y lo mantendremos en el fuego durante 5 minutos
