- Esperamos que cuaje el huevo, le añadimos la loncha de queso cortada en cuadritos.

- Tapamos con la miga de pan. Apretamos un poco para ayudarla a pegarse al queso y le damos la vuelta.

- Dejamos tostar y ya podemos servir.
