Queremos que se nos queden duritas y crujientes por lo que NO les pondremos sal, no las cocinaremos mucho y lo haremos con fuego medio alto (que no nos suelten jugos) y por separado, primero las zanahorias, luego el calabacín, la cebolla, una chispa de calor al jamón de york (cuidado que se pega).. y vamos reservando todo junto en un bol.
- Con un chorito de aceite cocinamos el pollo, esto si cocinado normal que no se nos quede crudo. Ponemos un poquito de sal y metemos también al bol.
- Cuando hierva el agua que tenemos al fuego, ponemos los tallarines y los cocemos.
- Por último escurrimos la pasta en un escurridor y en la misma cazuela vacía la ponemos al fuego flojo y metemos toda la verdura, con el pollo y la pasta y mezclamos, ponemos un chorro de salsa de soja y sal si es necesario y probamos... y vamos añadiendo más soja o algo más de sal, eso ya es al gusto.

- Siempre teniendo en cuenta que la soja lleva sal, no nos pasemos y con cuidado que no se nos pase la pasta o se nos pegue, en este último paso, ya que lo tenemos al fuego, solo para darle un golpe de calor a la soja y que se mezcle todo bien.
