  3. Mientras tanto vamos cortando el pollo en cuadrados, independientemente si lo que tenemos son filetes o pechuga, hacemos tiras de ambos y lo cortamos.
  4. Una vez las verduras hayan soltado el agua y el arroz esté hecho separamos el arroz del fuego y añadimos el pollo a las verduras para que se haga todo junto. Cuando el pollo esté prácticamente cocinado añadimos el arroz y lo hacemos todo en la misma sartén aproximadamente 5 minutos
  5. Este paso es muy importante, ya que el arroz se fríe y es lo que le da el puntito.
  6. Es muy importante que no le echéis más aceite que el inicial porque si no se quedará muy aceitoso, si queréis podéis añadir salsa de soja. En este caso yo se la añadí y quedó deliciosa, pero si no queréis añadirla igualmente está buenísimo.
  7. ¡Cuidado con la salsa de soja, echad muy poquito ya que da para mucho y si os pasáis sabe muy fuerte!
