- Añadir las verduras retiradas. Añadir sal si se cree necesario, también se pueden añadir un poco más de especias si no te sabe suficientemente espaciado.
- Hacer el cous cous mientras las verduras están a fuego lento mezclandose con el pollo. Añadimos 250g de cous cous en un bol. Por otro lado hervimos 250ml agua, echamos aceite de oliva y sal y lo añadimos al cous cous. Se tapa y se deja tapado 5 minutos. Después añadir mantequilla y remover todo con un tenedor para separar los granos.
- Si ves que no ha quedado hinchado el cous cous y separado, poner en el cazo al fuego bajo para darle calor y seguir removiendo.
- Ya tienes por separado el cous cous y el pollo con las verduras, sírvelo junto en el plato pero si sobra guardalo separado mejor.
