- Ahora agregamos el pollo en daditos y removemos muy bien con toda la mezcla, si se pega un poquito abajo no te preocupes que eso luego dará mucho sabor.
- Cuando el pollo cambie de color agregamos el arroz y el caldo de pollo, yo siempre pongo el doble de caldo que de arroz. Y dejamos que se cocine hasta que se reduzca el agua.
- Cuando el agua ya esté casi reducida agrego las aceitunas, que me gusta que se cocinen un poco pero no mucho. Si prefieres las puedes poner antes pero en mi caso las pongo hacia el final de la cocción.
