Cuando la zanahoria esté blanda, apartamos la cacerola del fuego y reservamos, dejando que se enfríe. Utilizaremos el caldo de cocer las verduras para hacer luego la salsa.
  3. Mientras tanto, nos disponemos a formar las albóndigas. Con las palmas de las manos ligeramente húmedas, iremos formando las bolas de albóndigas, para rebozarlas con harina y freírlas ligeramente hasta que obtengan un color dorado. A continuación, añadiremos un par de cucharadas de tomate frito y seguiremos removiendo.
  5. Añadimos las albóndigas a la cacerola y removemos las mismas con cuidado hasta envolverlas bien con la salsa de tomate. A continuación, echamos el caldo colado de las verduras y dejamos que se vayan cociendo hasta que reduzca el caldo y vemos que va espesando.
  6. Cinco minutos antes de apagar el fuego, añadiremos las verduras (que estaban previamente cocidas) y rectificaremos de sal al gusto.
