- Pon perejil, bastante, en un plato (pequeño) para añadir luego. O pica, tallos incluidos el natural. Reserva un poco para espolvorear al final en la presentación, vamos a ser un poquito pijos jejeje.

- Añadimos, el pollo, la nata, casi todo el perejil, los champis y esperamos que rompa a hervir, removemos y bajamos el fuego a poco menos de la mitad y 10 minutos así

- En la sartén antes de servir añadimos el zumo de limón. Ponemos arroz en los platos y servimos encima el strogonoff. A cada plato ponemos las mitades de limón y ponemos por encima el perejil que nos quedaba. Y.... A COMEEER!!!!!!
